For our Client, one of the world wide leaders in irrigation, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Develop and successfully execute an annual sales plan and regularly update a mid-term growth strategic roadmap

Achieve sales and market share goals

Hire, train and develop best-in-industry sales force
-
Manage the distribution network necessary for growing product sales
-
Develop excellent relations with distributors, specifiers, contractors, architect and other decision makers in the industry
-
Recommend and implement differentiating sales strategies, programs and promotions
-
Manage product launches, promotion and other customer activities
-
Be proactive with specifiers to identify future business opportunities and even open new markets
-
Be the advocate for the customers and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Collaborate regularly with key stakeholders at Headquarter and in Europe to ensure effective implementation of the agreed sales strategy and plan
-
Administer and control sales budgets
-
Undergraduate degree or equivalent
-
10+ years of experience in sales , including key account and sales team management
-
Minimum 5 years management experience with proven record to develop, lead and motivate teams in the context of a strong growth
-
Experience in irrigation/technical sector will be an asset
-
Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and tactical execution
-
Very autonomous and self-driven
-
Willingness to travel more than 50% of work schedule (21 countries to cover)

Experience managing wholesale distribution

Business experience in Eastern Europe

Fluent English required; Russian and French would be appreciated
