As Regional Sales Manager, you will become strategically and commercially responsible for our ctivities in Central Europe with a primary focus on Germany and Poland. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and work closely together with the Global Sales Director. You will experience a workday in a development-oriented environment and have a broad contact surface internally as well as externally in the organization. Your focus will be on the following:
- Build strong customer relationships, prepare customer oriented solutions and generate inquiries from new and existing customers
- Proactively follow-up on order related activities towards customers
- Commit to the long-term strategy and transform the strategy into short-term activities and action plans
- Keep up-to date on customer potential, market trends and identify new areas
- Create and follow-up on budgets and forecasts
- Report aligned with current KPI’s
- Cooperate closely with group functions within production, logistics and procurement to ensure flexibility for our customer
The ideal candidate has a strong customer and business-oriented profile preferably with experience from the wind industry. You have an international mind-set and excellent communication skills.
- You probably hold a relevant business or technical background at bachelor level or alternatively you have acquired relevant experience
- You have 3 – 5 years of experience from a similar position from the wind/metal industry working with technical sales solutions and project related sales
- You have a record proving an excellent ability to create close and profitable customer relationships
- Proactive, self-driven, energetic, ambitious and result oriented
- Good business sense and business acumen
- Excel knowledge at a high level and preferably SAP knowledge
- German and English on negotiation level
- Residence in a reasonable distance from Wroclaw in Poland
- Due to the type of position you are willing to travel approx. 100 days a year
