Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- Very good English
- Good German (min. B1)
- High analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Verification, calculation and authorization of Refund Applications from Travel Agents, if the agent is not able to process his own refund directly
- Calculation and processing of Refunds from LH-Own Sales
- Initiation of credit notes and corresponding payments
- Direct, e-mail communication with Travel Agents, other company departments and other Airlines in case of missing information
- Clarification of Refund-Special cases
- Making sure that in his/her area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
- Performing internal quality check
- Leading dashboard meeting
- Working with SIRAX (RAFAELO including), GuideRes, Amadeus, SAP (BEACH), BSP-link etc. – training delivered
