Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- Very good English
- Good German (minimum B1/B2)

Responsibilities:
- Verification, Calculation and Authorization of Refund Applications from Travel Agents, if the agent is not able to process his own refund directly
- Calculation and Processing of Refunds from LH-Own Sales
- Initiation of credit notes and corresponding payments
- Direct, e-mail communication with Travel Agents, Other Airlines, LGBS and LH Departments in case of missing information
- Clarification of Refund-Special cases via Lufthansa Sales Organization (GP's)
- Making sure that in his/her area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
- Performing internal quality check
- Leading dashboard meetings
