We are looking for a highly motivated and capable person for the member of our recruitment team, who would like to develop in recruitment department. You will be responsible for fully supporting the recruitment team and providing first class administrative work. In daily basis, you will manage candidates in recruitment processes, conduct initial phone screen interviews, participate in Job Fairs and coordinate parts of mass recruitment process.
You will be also engaged in building long term relationship with candidates.
- status of student aged under 26 of Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or related field
- previous experience in similar role would be an asset
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- strong operational, organizational & multi-tasking skills
- very good communication skills
- interested in Human Resources area
- good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- availability at least 25 hours per week
