For one of our client, we are currently looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with recruiting team and managers to understand role requirements and client expectations
- Conducting independently complex recruitment processes
- Proactive candidates research (also abroad) using various sources; new sources/channels identification
- Jobs advertisements preparation and posting
- Conducting interviews
- Supporting other members of the internal recruitment team
- Administrative support of the HR department
- Taking a part in the Employer Branding activities
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in leading recruitment projects (preferably in sales & marketing)
- Fluency in English
- Experience in working in a volume-based environment
- Knowledge of the newest talent acquisition techniques
- Effective in multitasking and defining priorities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relations with the candidates
