Recruitment Specialist
The purpose of this position is to conduct the full recruitment projects for non-managerial positions in an efficient way by using traditional methods of selection, as well as developing new tools and recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Pro-active search of candidates
- Provide full recruitment process: review candidates’ resumes, conduct phone and face-to face interviews to match skills, experience and knowledge with the right positions, provide the presentation of the recommended candidates to the Hiring Managers, support in recruitment administrative acitvities
- Provide high quality communication with the candidates during the whole recruitment process
- Cooperate with HR consulting agencies
- Participate in Job Fairs and other HR related events, build relationship with universities
- Daily internal cooperation with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Manager - regarding recruitment process as well as development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and methods
- Securing the recruitment process from the organizational and administrative point of view
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment area, including min. 1 year of leading
- recruitment projects (preferably IT, technical and administrative positions)
- Master degree – psychology, sociology or faculties of arts preferable
- Ability to make assessment of candidates’ competences and skills comparing to the particular job position
- Very good ability to select appropriate recruitment strategies
- Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of legal aspects of recruitment process
- Self-reliance
- Flexibility and quick adjustment to changes
- Ability to share knowledge & expertise with others
- Ability of solving problems and suggest solutions
- Good manners and excellent communication skills
