We are looking for
for MacGregor Poland with location in our Gdańsk office. The position will be reporting into the HR Manager MacGregor Poland.
As a Recruitment specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the external and internal recruitment process in close cooperation with hiring manager and HR stakeholders. Your key tasks will be understanding of the specific requirements and timeline, job postings through various recruitment channels and social media, selection, screening and shortlisting of candidates, conduct interviews, act as point of contact and build good relations between all stakeholders involved in the process, and provide ongoing feedback to candidates. You will Support in defining a long term recruitment strategy for a required position and proactively searching for new sources to identify candidates. You will define the employer branding process, Deal with third party recruitment agencies and Maintain candidates applications according to data privacy regulations as well as database with updating candidates status. In total you will be Running the end-to-end recruitment processes also including the Preparation of offer to candidates with respect of our corporate policies, and Support in the onboarding training for new employees. Lastly you will be responsible for ad-hoc reporting with regards to recruitment activities.
If you possess the following requirements, you may be the candidate we are looking for:
- University Degree
- At least 3+ years’ of professional experience in a similar position within an international company
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects at the same time and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and have confidentiality in this field
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive packages
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
