Your new company
You will be part of stable, growing and international production company located in Bolesławiec.
Your new role
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all specialist role within the structure.
In scope of your duties will be also cooperation with temporary work agencies, analysis of the local labour market, conducting on-boarding processes - including coordinating the initial occupational medicine and health and safety. Conducting employer branding activities and creating strategy in selecting communication channels in recruitment processes will be also part of daily job.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have minimum 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in multinational environment, experience in sourcing and competency based interviewing. You need to be fluent in English and Polish to communicate easily with management and candidates. University degree in Human Resources or related specialisation would be an asset.
