Responsibilities:
- Effectively support the HR department in recruiting IT professionals.
- Follow Ciber’s standardized, documented and repeatable candidate qualification process.
- Perform in an environment of collaborative team work with the goal of delivering top candidates.
- Review and analyze active requirements to source and identify candidates that match both technically and culturally.
- Demonstrate ability to build lasting relationships while driving candidate engagement throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Post opening in related media.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of staffing/recruitment experience (IT – highly preferred).
- Good influencing skills – capable of selling a job and the company by phone.
- Experience managing full life cycle recruiting process.
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
- Very good English
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to quality, fairness and professionalism.
- Must have a strong ethical character with high integrity
