For our Client - internationally recognized Company, operating in BPO industry, we are looking for highly organized, customer-service focused and experienced candidates on the position of Recruitment Manager.
The Recruitment Manager will manage a recruiting team responsible for targeting, contacting, and qualifying strong candidates, filling positions and planning and implementing recruiting campaigns. The right candidate is highly motivated, tenacious and organized. The position will be located in Krakow and reporting directly to Head of HR Poland.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing and oversee recruitment process and a team of recruiters. Recruit for mid/senior level positions as well. Recruitment Manager is a partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process. You will manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates, employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, lead and develop brand building & recruitment marketing initiatives, include budget responsibility, ensure all reporting activities regarding recruitment are prepared & delivered in timely manner and engage & support in additional HR projects.
As ideal Candidate should have fluency in English, minimum 5 years recruitment experience, preferred in BPO/SSC industry and minimum 2 years experience in managing a team. Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic and high volume recruitment environment and experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and target realization are desirable. Creative thinker with demonstrated judgment, strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to create and use reporting to drive recruitment activity and achievement of KPIs will be considered as asset.
