HGP Life Path Recruitment Services is looking for Recruitment Manager to take over our European Recruitment Team based in Krakow, Poland, which is uniquely focused on both in-house and agency services.
HGP, our parent company, is a boutique management consultancy with offices in Switzerland, Germany & Singapore, that focuses on regulatory compliance and manufacturing IT for the healthcare industry. In January 2017 we set up Life Path to fulfill both the HGP in-house and the recruitment needs of our clients in DACH & BeNeLux. The goal is to give the recruitment division the advantages of working in an in-house and of an agency setting, thus offering a mix of a long term stability with clear strategy, as well as success based financial rewards in a fast paced environment, which we believe offers them the best of both worlds.
Recruitment Manager

Job description
- Lead, manage & grow a recruitment team focused on the biopharmaceutical field
- Report to HGP Managing Directors as the responsible for strategy, budget and results
- Help HGP grow by finding reputable management consultants in our niche fields and ambitious support staff
- Sell recruitment services to clients in D.A.CH & BeNeLux states
- Gaining access to additional Preferred Supplier Contracts
- Hire, train and mentor recruitment consultant teams & (eventually) junior managers
- Conduct monthly staff appraisals, focus on individual development, KPIs and promotion goals
- Expand into new geographical regions, specialty markets and services
Requirements
- Previous success as a recruitment manager or team leader, preferably in a regulated / complex market, like pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, chemical or finances.
- A 360° recruitment agency background, that covered both sales & sourcing
- Fluent Business English in speaking & writing. Other languages like German, French, Dutch or Polish would be useful, but are by no means essential.
- An Interest in management, in progressing your career up to partner level, in travelling abroad and working with a very positive team to achieve your goals.
