Recruitment Manager - develop the Life Science business

The Recruitment Manager will be taking over the lead of HGP Life Path Recruitment Services and drive sales. This includes a team of 5 trained Junior Recruitment Consultants, an existing development programme, a well-structured cloud based CRM and access to Preferred Supplier Agreements with top pharmaceutical companies. The person will also have an opportunity to use their background in recruitment sales to acquire new clients for the recruitment services. For a smooth transition, the current Interim Recruitment Manager, who set up the office and trained the team, will be supporting the new manager during the handover process in the following months.
- Lead, manage & grow a recruitment consultancy focused on the life science & healthcare field
- Sell recruitment services to clients in D.A.CH & BeNeLux states
- Report to HGP Managing Directors as the responsible for strategy, budget and results
- Help HGP grow by finding reputable management consultants in our niche fields
- Gaining access to additional Preferred Supplier Contracts & Managed Service Agreements
- Hire, train and mentor recruitment consultant teams & (eventually) junior managers
- Conduct monthly staff appraisals, focus on individual development, KPIs and promotion goals
- Expand into new geographical regions, specialty markets and services in the mid-term
Wymagania
- Previous success as a recruitment manager or team leader in a regulated / complex market, like pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare or similar
- Strong background in recruitment sales, from gathering leads to closing deals
- An established network of industry relevant business contacts and candidates
- Fluent Business English in speaking & writing. Other languages like German, French, Dutch or Polish would be handy, but are by no means essential
- An interest in management, in progressing your career up to partner level, in travelling abroad and working with a positive & driven team to achieve your goals
