Requirements:
- University diploma
- Min. 3 - 4 years of experience within similar role (recruiting/employer branding or talent management area)
- Very Good command of English language
- Practical knowledge of SSC BPO environment
- Good command of MS Office
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Diligent and systematic approach to work
- Ability to work independently
- Highly self-organized
- Ability to deliver ambitious results in a changing environment
Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within the center for selected positions
- Clarification of hiring profiles, update of job descriptions
- Posting job adverts
- Supporting leaders with recruitment relates issues
- Cooperation with universities in order to promote LGBS
- Coordinating of social media activity
- Providing administrative support for Assessment/Development Center sessions
- Providing administrative support for onboarding activities
- Supporting selected HR projects in the area of Employer Branding/Talent Management/Interviewing Skills training
- Liaising with internal customers and external service providers
- Preparing statistics, regular and ad hoc reports
