Join our Talent Acquisition Team and support recruitment operations in different countries.
- Cooperate closely with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews
- Provide candidates with interview preparation information (schedule, location map, contact information, etc.).
- Act as Subject Matter Expert within activities supported in the region
- Recruitment Sourcing Processes support
- Manage requisitions creation, job posting and offer extension
- Ensure compliance with all Jacobs Standard Operating Procedures, relevant employment law and regulations
- Support all required administrative and operational activities within recruitment process
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Experience working in a professional environment in HR/TA
- Experienced in supporting a large team of recruiters and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo)
- Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
- Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
