Recruitment Coordinator

Job description
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for efficiently and effectively completing all resourcing administration processes for new hires and internal moves, system updating, interview scheduling, offer letter and contract creation, pre-employment verification check and co-ordination with external vendors.
Additionally, the person is to occasionally manage the end-to-end resourcing process to deliver agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas, ensuring that the right candidates are recruited at the right time. Partnering with Hiring Manager, the role holder will provide consultative and transactional support to deliver a comprehensive and value-add service.
- Manage the pre-employment screening process of new joiners to
- Organise the onboarding session for all new joiners
- Record candidate details in Taleo/PeopleSoft (or equivalent system) for Bank ID generation
- Generate offer proposals / packages and ensure all required approvals are obtained before offers are made
- Issue employment contracts / letters and obtain the required approvals. Track completion of all Resourcing administration and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Support Resourcing Specialists in completing administration for international talent moves, as required
- Effectively and efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System Taleo and PeopleSoft to manage the end-to-end Resourcing process, recording all relevant details and keeping the system up to date at all times
- Support Resourcing Specialists in updating Job specs and posting quality adverts on job boards
- Effectively manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers, suppliers and team members in country and across other locations
- Assists to source the very best candidates using a variety of channels that are aligned to and effectively communicate the employer brand, including:
- Online advertising (careers website, external job boards) and automated electronic candidate searches
- Database mining, contacting potential candidates who have previously applied to SCB
- Referrals, generating leads from applicants or employees
- Liaising with recruitment agencies if required, briefing on requirements of the role and releasing via Taleo
- Schedule interviews and assessments, coordinating candidate, hiring manager, Resourcing Specialist diaries, booking rooms and facilities as required
- Throughout the entire recruitment process contribute to a positive candidate experience i.e. timely review / short-listing applications, acting as main point of contact to both internal and external applicants
- Advise Hiring Managers on the interview structure and appropriate assessment tools for different roles
- Collecting and providing feedback to applicants, ensuring that communication is handled appropriately and candidate contact is maintained
Requirements
- Successful track record of working as a Coordinator in a Talent Acquisition team
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Track record of working successfully in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines
- Ability to deal with a high volume of work, remaining positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Flexibility and customer focused approach
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
- Knowledge of / exposure to relevant employment legislation (e.g. data protection)
- Knowledge of HR databases and ATS (e.g. PeopleSoft, Taleo)
