On behalf of our client, an international law company with global reach, we are looking for the Recruitment Coordinator to join Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for end to end coordination and execution of recruitment processes and everyday support to the recruitment teams as main point of contact for all recruitment related matters. The Coordinator will also maintain positive cooperation with managers concerning recruitment strategy, implementation of new solutions or extended services, review of recruitment systems and activities, etc.
The candidate for this position should have minimum 2 years of professional experience in coordination of recruitment processes – background in a Shared Services Centre would be an asset. Working knowledge of English and Taleo system is required. We seek candidates with excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, problem solving and people focused approach.
