Recruitment Consultant
Your daily tasks:
- Business Development to support new business relationships with clients,
- Sourcing suitable candidates who meet the recruitment needs of our corporate clients,
- Negotiations during the entire recruitment process,
- Coordination of the whole recruitment process,
- Creating marketing materials: creating job descriptions, adverts and activity on various social media.
Your profile:
Do you have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment? Great! Join us to expand your skills as professional!
- Fluency in Polish language,
- English B2+ international work environment,
- Bachelor’s degree desirable but not essential,
- Sales/business experience,
- Goal driven, entrepreneurial mind :)
