Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source, select / screen and recruit Contract and Permanent professionals utilizing Enginar’s database, social media channels, web based advertising, industry networks and head hunting techniques
- Manage the complete recruitment process lifecycle – you will be supported by our team of Researchers.
- Think outside the box and define smart talent solutions
- Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of your Sector whilst building an effective appropriate network
- Coach and support junior members of the team
- Develop lasting relationships through demonstrating added value to both clients and candidates - deliver exceptional hiring manager experience
Ideal candidate will have:
