Running complex recruitment projects, including start-ups for new engagements
Acting as a point of contact in HR aspects for our clients
Conducting phone verification and scheduling job interviews
Delivering regular reporting on recruitment status and SLA
Making job offers for new employees and providing negative feedback to unsuccessful candidates
Taking care of candidates’ database
Initiating process improvement initiatives and taking part in various HR projects
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing recruitment projects
Very good command of English
Experience in mass recruitment would be an asset
Experience in recruitment agency would be an advantage
Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly use of Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
High communication skills
