Volvo Polska, Corporate HR  in Wrocław is looking for candidates for a position of:


Recruitment Administrator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of the recruitment process for Volvo Poland, including:
    • Preparation and publication of recruitment advertisements in the system (Volvo Recruitment Online) and on external websites
    • Applications management (analyze & selection, updating status, documentation flow, communication with appropriate parties)
    • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates (first round interview)
    • Preparing summaries and recommendations of candidates after telephone interviews (short -list)
    • Communication with candidates (via e-mail, phone)
    • Updating data in the recruitment system
    • Ongoing support for HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Functional mailbox support
  • Distribution of the recruitment survey, data collection and analysis
  • Participation in improvement and standardization of business processes
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives
  • Securing confidentiality of processed HR data

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment area (min. 1 year)
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Attention to details, systematical way of working, engagement
  • Proactivity, problem-solving attitude
  • Customer focus
  • University degree would be an advantage – psychology, administration or economic preferred
