Volvo Polska, Corporate HR  in Wrocław is looking for candidates for a position of:


Recruitment Administrator


Responsibilities:

    Providing administrative recruitment and campus recruitment service for selected Volvo Group companies in France, Belgium and other countries including activities as:
  • Job posting and candidates applications’ management in internal Applicant Tracking System called Volvo Recruitment Online
  • Communication with candidates and students
  • Mailbox management – recruitment requests and questions from internal business partners and external candidates
  • Current support, providing information and solutions within recruitment area for managers and HR functions
  • Update of procedures and documentation
  • Securing confidentiality of processed HR data
  • Participation in improvement and standardization of business processes


Requirements:

  • Interest in HR Administration field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel
  • Customer orientation mindset with a drive for results
  • Working experience in international environment and matrix organization (including daily remote contact)
  • Attention to details, systematical way of working, engagement
  • Ability to work under pressure of time
  • Very good organizational and administrative skills
  • University degree will be an asset- economy or administration preferred


We offer temporary contract for replacement.
