Dealing with the administration of the recruitment lifecycle: candidate CVs, phone calls and coordinating interviews

Liaising with line managers on recruitment requirements

Arranging and supporting selection interviews

Maintenance of all systems and records, in a timely manner

Maintaining administrative systems

Formatting and updating all necessary documentation

Managing and communicating effectively with key stakeholders in a professional manner at all times

Resolve queries effectively in a timely manner

Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

Organize and schedule interviews, acting as a point of contact throughout the process

Managing job adverts on various job boards

Interested in all aspects of recruitment and staffing processes
