About the position
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for Breezy Company
A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Breezy is the market leader in Trade-In service, recycling, and restoration of equipment. Opis stanowiska
- Search and select candidates from different countries
- Utilize various job posting platforms and channels, including social media and networking groups, to proactively engage with and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the hiring process by remaining accessible, responsible, and transparent to candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidates and generate weekly reports and HR analytics
Wymagania
- Proficiency in English and Russian
experiencing full-cycle recruitment with a strong background in recruiting for commercial positions. - Enthusiasm, proactivity, and passion for “relationship building” recruiting.
- Knowledge and comfortability with various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and connect with candidates (including social. and prof. networks, direct search, headhunting, executive search, etc.)
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality, friendliness, sociability, attentiveness, non-conflict, responsibility, organization, stress resistance
