We’re seeking a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support our hiring ambitions across the region. You’ll join our experienced team, get to learn from Senior Talent Acquisition professionals, and receive ongoing coaching and support to develop in your role – all within an exciting international and purpose-driven business.
You’ll become part of a Global Talent Acquisition Function (of over 80 colleagues worldwide) working across Coordination, Sourcing, Branding, Operations and Recruitment Partnering roles, and our wider People Organisation working alongside our colleagues in HR, Social Impact, Reward and Benefits. About the Role
In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (from requisition creation through to offer and onboarding) whilst ensuring we deliver a high-quality candidate experience. You’ll develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to reach top talent and have the opportunity to partner with hiring managers and Human Resources teams across the region.
About You
To be successful in our Recruiter role you will likely have:
- At least 1 years’ recruitment experience (including candidate sourcing and screening) gained either in an Agency, RPO or In-house environment
- A passion/interest in furthering your career in Talent Acquisition and a desire to learn
- Excellent level of English (C1 level) is essential
