You should be a true talent hunter who will support our fast growing operations in Poland. Your responsibility will be to provide talent acquisition support to line managers in the hiring of employees and contractors, as well as:
- Coordinate all recruiting processes all associated administration activitiese
- Be the central point of contact internally and externally for recruitment related queries such as process, sourcing options, policy, legal considerations etc.
- Select the most appropriate and cost effective direct methods of advertising and sourcing, and maintaining reports of key metrics to assess the success of each campaign
- Use innovative international sourcing methods e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed in addition to direct advertising on job boards, company career site etc.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to assist in identifying and sourcing qualified, high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Screen applicants and credentials against requirements of skills, experience and knowledge
- Arrange and conduct competency-based interviews and selection assessments as required
- Maintain updates on candidates to the Applicant Tracking System (Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing)
- Support adhoc Recruitment projects
- Ensure that the offer approval process is correctly carried out and tracked
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, masters is preferred
- Have a strong track record within a corporate recruitment environment
- Working knowledge of recruitment best practices in Poland as well as throughout EMEA
- Proven experience in hiring across multiple functions such as Engineering, SW Developers, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Human Resources
- In addition to being fluent in English and Polish, other language skills are highly desirable
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to groups and individuals
- Proven track record of establishing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid IT skills using MS Office Suite and recruitment applicant tracking systems
- Ability to use independent judgement and make administrative and procedural decisions on sensitive, confidential information
- Pay good attention to detail and have proven problem-solving skills
- Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable and perform work with minimal direction
- Be personable, robust and fun to work with
