Recruiters are trusted advisors to the business and expected to take the lead in creating, managing and driving all recruitment processes together with the hiring managers and be assertive and highly adaptable.
With us you will get the opportunity to join a high standard recruitment team being a partner for the wider global recruitment community in DNV GL. You will collaborate with inspiring internal customers, many of them world-leading experts within their field and you will be given the opportunity to build on and widen your experience within recruitment.
Key tasks
- First point of contact for hiring managers, candidates and agencies for the recruitment process
- Quality check job requisitions and adverts prior to publishing onto the DNV GL Career site, external job boards and in various social media, e.g. LinkedIn
- Review applications and provide initial screening
- Set up and administer psychometric assessment exercises, including providing test feedback to candidates
- Organise and conduct interviews (international via Skype, locally in Poland)
- Support with the proactive sourcing of passive candidates, via social media and CV databases, assisting the wider recruitment team in establishing and maintaining key talent pools
- Updating our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to ensure all vacancies are uploaded, advertised and closed out effectively
- Assist hiring manager with final decision upon candidate selection
Position Qualifications
- Recruitment experience within a HR department, Agency or HR Shared Service Centre
- Experience with conducting the interviews with candidates
- Experience of identifying and utilising relevant sourcing channels including knowledge of social media in direct search is an advantageous
- Excellent English skills required, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience of working with Application Tracking Systems or similar would be an advantage
