Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:

Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering candidates

Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline

Devising sourcing strategies to attract top talent

Actively managing relationships with recruitment agencies and other HR providers

Accurately documenting and maintaining all candidate information in the company database

Pre-screening candidates and conducting interviews to find the best potential employees

Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centres

Conducting pre-employment tests as required

Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process

Support the HR team in producing reports for the business

Effectively communicating with Hiring Managers about recruitment progressions

Implementing Employer Branding strategy

Organizing and attending job fairs; networking events as required

Coordinating the on-boarding of new employees
-
Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs

Assisting with other HR responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned

Have min. 3 years of recruitment experience in an international company or recruitment agency
-
Have a proven track record in providing recruitment processes for a range of positions

Are fluent in English

Hold a university degree

Are familiar with Polish labour market

Are familiar with Polish labour law (considered an asset)

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
