Job Description (Required skills / Responsibilities) :
- Min. 3 years exp in Technology hiring in Polish labor market
- Prior experience in conducting detailed HR and behavioral interviews for a variety of roles
- Successful experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
- Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
- Hands on sourcing across different channels, both traditional and non-traditional.
