For our Client – international company (from investment branch) which decided to create financial headquarters in Cracow, we are currently looking for:
Requirements:
- University degree – numerate degree an advantage
- Analytical skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products
- Experience in performing reconciliations using reconciliation tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Interest in the finance/control function and the financial spread betting industry
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks given
- Willingness and capacity to learn
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to work well individually but maintain a collaborative approach within the team (e.g. sharing knowledge, covering others work)
- Proficient in MS SQL development utilising SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Finance/Accounting background
Responsibilities:
The role of AutoRek Superuser requires good understanding of reconciliation process to become a process expert and connection between operations and IT automation.
It will require support in AutoRek implementation including recons design, testing and user feedback gathering. Once tool implemented Superuser will provide daily support to Reconciliation Analysts and engage in implementation of changes required by the business like implementation of product changes, changing legal regulations and localisation of business across countries.
The role may require occasionally support other teams in the Finance department.
