Job description
- Providing professional support to internal and external clients
- Welcoming visitors / creating positive image of Capgemini
- Ensuring that the reception is acting as a source of information concerning internal services (conf rooms, lunches, taxis, post services, office supplies etc.)
- Providing support for Administration Specialist
Main responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Providing visitors with ID cards
- Guest book administration
- Transportation services for guests upon request (taxi)
- Preparing refreshments for visitors
- Room Reservation Base administration
- Registering all incoming and outgoing post
- Internal and external courier services
- Purchase orders for stationary, kitchen supplies and other office equipment needed for day-to-day work
- Fostering collaboration with colleagues from other Admin sub-functions and support functions
Candidate’s profile
- Very good knowledge of English and German (at least B2 level)
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Professional and courteous manner
