WHAT WILL YOU DO IN MOBICA:
- Support the allocation
- Checking invoices and payments, dealing with corrections and alterations
- Raising purchase requisitions for REFP related items
- Regular audit of Mobica offices / taking part in site reviews / Devising improvement plans
- Familiarisation with all Policies and Procedures, contract terms
- Assisting in day to day general administrative tasks, filing, scanning documents and any other ad-hoc tasks
- Assisting with office asset management project globally
- Monitoring Facilities Ticketing tool and dealing with escalations and ensuring tickets are completed in a timely manner
- Coordination of and updating the Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plans
- Creation and maintenance of a contracts data base
- Take on small research projects
- Deputise for REFP Manager in times of absence
- Use of internal tools and systems. Accurate recording of information
- Assisting with various activities related to the Real Estate and Facilities department
