We offer a unique opportunity for you to work on international projects as part of an interdisciplinary scientific team. We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our Wireless Communication team. Within this position you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of next generation of industrial gateways and applications based on the newest communication standards.
Tasks:
- You will be part of a team who are developing next generation wireless communication products for industrial markets;
- Design and verify circuits in the Radio Frequency domain
- Chipset selection and evaluation;
- System/Product level integration and laboratory tests;
- Multi-layer PCB design and prototyping;
- Preparation of technical documentation;
- Participate in project planning, execution and R&D activities.
Key requirements:
- Master's degree at masters level (or equivalent/higher) in Electronics, Computer Science or similar with practical experience with RF circuits or wireless protocols and modulation;
- Understanding of RF transceivers and related design;
- Experience with Power Amplifiers and matching, Transmission Lines, Filtering;
- Ability to use laboratory equipment like (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope, etc.);
- Proactive, motivated and open-minded, results oriented team player;
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
It would also be advantageous to have experience in:
- Antenna Theory;
- Software defined radio, Wi-Fi, 802.15.4g, LoRa, LTE/5G;
- Embedded and Low-level programming for Linux.
