Job Description:
- Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure work is carried out in accordance with performance targets and quality for a team
- Implement the work schedule as determined by the scheduling tool and analysis of volumes and call types
- Refresh staffing model based on business needs
- Identify improvement opportunities within the Client Services support environment
- Conduct root cause and other data analysis
- Act as liaison with managers and supervisors to ensure consistent quality measurements
- Provide progress reports to Service Delivery Manager on individual projects and initiatives
- Deliver customer-centric training, culture induction, new processes, products, customer segments, cross-sell and up-sell training
- Act as on-the-ground advisor for B2B products
- Execute ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager
- Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey results & recommend improvement efforts
- Ensure process maintenance and continuous improvement
- Maintain QA checklists and ongoing calibration
- Track trending, turn around times, handle times, revenue uplift, etc.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluations
- Contribute to the QA Team’s development and share knowledge within the team
- Keep the Service Delivery Manager informed of issues/problems while offering solutions
- BA or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of work experience with computer operations processes
- 2+ years of work experience in a Service Desk or Call Center
- 2+ years customer service-related work experience
- 2+ years of Service Desk Operations experience
- Fluent in English and another language
- Location: Cracow
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
