QA Lead

• Lead single product test team
• Test on multiple platforms and databases
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time with high quality
• Mentor and motivate test engineers
• Responsibility for on time delivery of the results in required quality
• Responsibility for creation of test documentation and implementation of test procedures
• Perform functional, regression, scalability, stress, and performance testing
• Assist customer support on analyzing customer issues and providing extensive detail for the development team
• Propose changes to current processes and tools to ensure maximum efficiency and repeatability of the tests
• Responsible for test documentation and reporting

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience testing commercial software, writing test documentation and test procedures
• Experience with manual testing of SW application under MS Windows and web-based applications
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of the development processes
• English language speaking and writing skills
