Job Description:

We are building a Capability Center where we continuously work to make processes more efficient, automating manual activities and driving efficiencies. You are the Front-Line Leader we are looking for to lead that effort.

 

We are looking for creative problem solvers focused on creating great employees’ experiences while proactively mitigating risk by finding innovative, automated solutions to eliminate, streamline, improve and standardize these complex sets of processes and systems. You will work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations by setting the vision and partnering with key stakeholders in Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal as well as collaborating operations/processing Team and banking institutions.

We design processes that work internationally while accommodating local needs and we provide rapid tactical and strategic responses to challenges, ensuring the positive impact is lasting. We take on new leadership opportunities every day and have the autonomy to identify and execute projects that will benefit the company for years to come.

As a member of this team, you will:
  • Own global processes starting from the design to driving implementation as well as monitoring results to making adjustments as conditions change.
  • Collaborate with Process Delivery teams who manage our complex set of transactions.
  • You thrive on making processes more efficient and scalable, you work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations, and you proactively minimize operational risk.
  • Own the drive to continuously improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts through eliminating steps and streamlining processes while maintaining high control and quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the Accounts Payable and Escalation Resolution operations including metrics, compliance, and controls, driving process improvements (aging management, dispute management, timely payments, accounting accuracy, Purchase Order compliance)
  • Provide support to the Client for process related matters.
  • Implementation of process improvements, including six sigma, operational excellence, innovation framework.
  • Proactively improve client satisfaction and customer relationships working with Client Leadership.
  • Build a strategic development direction.
  • Drive cost efficiency.
  • Single Point of Contact for Client Process Senior Leadership.
  • Proactively improve client satisfaction and customer relationships working with Client Leadership.
  • Partner with other teams, business groups, and engineering teams to drive operational scale through process transformation and risk reduction.
  • Help create end-to-end business and system requirements, set priorities, determine constraints and dependencies, define timelines, allocate resources, write detailed functional and test specifications, evaluate design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations, and drive projects to completion.
Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years experience with accounting/finance, SAP, business processes, as well as the system controls related to the processes.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, management consulting, process improvement
  • 7+ years of relevant experience managing a team with global responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders/clients in a multinational environment (US, Europe).
  • Strong problem-solving ability combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence leadership teams in both product areas and finance.
  • Strong transformation experience within Finance and Accounting, including change management, systems and controls.
  • Process Management with thorough understanding of process mapping, analysis, improvement, and implementation methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Project Management, ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects across different time zones and cultures is crucial.
  • Data Analysis / Decision making: Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technology: Familiarity with relevant software and systems used for process automation and communication.
  • Experience working with global services, understanding of roles and responsibilities within the contract.
  • Experience in the development of business performance and compliance metrics and multi-function background including and understanding of Procurement, Finance or other capabilities.
  • Influencing and negotiating, building consensus among stakeholders with diverse interests.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire teams, build consensus, and navigate challenging situations is crucial.
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential for resolving conflicts, managing contracts, and achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Experience managing large cross functional projects including identifying, assessing, and controlling risks on the payables and receivables operations side.
  • Readiness to travel occasionally.
