Our Public Affairs Manager's role is to support our key business leaders in building and mainting productive relations with their key stakeholders in Poland, including among others: government agencies, decision making bodies, business organizations and communities, to preserve the best interests of our organization
- Liaising and maintaining appropriate contacts with government agencies, business organizations and other stakeholders in the healthcare services sector
- Developing and maintaining an internal stakeholders' network to be up to date on key issues affecting our organization and how we should respond to those issues
- Addressing the concerns of key stakeholders in line with Medicover's positions
- Developing and executing an issues management program in cooperation with subject matter experts in our organization
- Participating in key stakeholder crisis management events
- Creating and executing public outreach campaigns on complex or controversial subjects
- Contributing to our business continuity agenda with regulatory risk mapping
- Managing cooperation with a public affairs agency that supports our activities
- Monitoring and escalating to management the key legislative and regulatory changes affecting our business
- You need to have a minimum 5 years of experience as an independent expert or in a managerial role, and proven successes in managing a public affairs agenda
- You need to be politically aware and have a solid knowledge of legislative processes and procedures
- You need to have strong written and oral communications and influencing skills
- You need to be focussed, well organized and self-driven
- You need to speak and write fluently in Polish and English
- In order to feel good in our organization – you have to be a team player and to be passionate about what you do
- Experience in managing a public affairs agenda in the healthcare or life science sectors is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
