Requirements:
- Very good English
- About 4+ years of experience in PtP area
- About 2+ years of experience in team management
- Proper education in Accounting/Finance
- Strong motivation to work for a dynamic international team
- Ability to work under pressure and in short terms
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of PtP Team performance coach, support and appraise
- Managing the team to achieve performance/quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements and close to reporting timetables
- Ensures that daily operations are carried out according to set targets
- Process in timely basis in respect with SLAs
- Assisting with the development of system solutions to maximize efficiencies within the team
