Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
PTP Operations Manager
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Manage PTP operational activities via Team Leaders and Team Members
- Realize departmental strategic objectives
- Analyze and monitor process results (SLA reliability, internal controls, quality of performance)
- Stimulate process improvements and support execution of departmental projects
- Build positive relations and teamwork environment
- Monitor implementation of new processes
- Identify issues, define and implement action plan
- Build and maintain network with customers
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in SSC/BPO area, preferably in PTP domain
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid F&A knowledge, preferably in PTP domain
- Drive for results
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer and business orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
- Excellent communicational skills and negotiations capabilities
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement them
- Stress resistance and ability to manage very dynamically changing environment
