PTP Helpdesk Finance & Accounting Process Analyst Dutch Speaker

Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate, who is ready to be a part of Krakow Delivery Team – PTP (Accounts Payable) processes. The scope involved covers handling helpdesk queries in by phone and e-mail.
Main accountabilities
- Handling AP related quires received as inbound calls, e-mails, faxes, from employees, vendors and approved third parties
- Analyzing root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable
- Collaboration with other departments and Service Delivery Centers in order to resolve the issues effectively
- Maintaining good relationship with suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensures that the daily activities, within his/her responsibilities, are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader and desktop procedures
- Demonstrates knowledge of respective F&A processes and procedures
Requirements
- Very good Dutch skills (C1) is a must
- Good English skills is required
- Understanding of PTP processes is a key asset
- Good analytically skills
- Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office Software Applications
- Able to use financial systems according to instruction for routine purposes
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
