The PTP Tower Lead has operational responsibility for the Invoice to Pay (I2P) service delivery activities. The person in this role is responsible for ensuring that service is delivered to the Client in line with the contract and the agreed SLAs. The I2P Lead is accountable for customer satisfaction within the Client environment and provides leadership support to I2P Team Leaders and I2P Accountants. The person in this role is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the staff working on the Client contract, ensuring that the resourcing and capability is appropriate for delivering a high quality I2P service.
- Working knowledge of I2P activities allowing to actively support and coordinate end to end processes within the scope
- Expertise level sufficient to coach and guide Team Leaders and Team Members
- Ensure proper execution of operational tasks within the Team– coordinate and monitor task completion within SLA time, improve E2E metrics for countries supported
- Proactive identification of potential improvements and promoting excellence driven environment
- Serves as the primary Client and Accenture contact for I2P process
- Monitor and support the knowledge transfer process for New Joiners
- Provide Business Excellence and Data Privacy awareness for Team Members
- Strong collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Very good planning and execution skills

- Operations delivery experience in finance with at least 2 years delivery experience in a leadership role.
- Overall experience 5 yrs+
- Working knowledge of PTP end to end processes with proven track of executed improvements
- Very good Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Excellent presence, interpersonal skills able to handle confidently potential client presentations
- High standard of professional conduct
- Excellent business writing skills, proficient in report writing, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
