As an Digital Marketing Team Coordinator you will be operating and coordinating team to deliver interactive marketing services to a client in order to support global marketing campaigns.
This role is to lead delivery across services to support client's interactive activities.
- Coordinating team of Campaign Coordinators
- Providing regular feedback to team members
- Regular reporting over team performance, risks and issues
- Regular reporting on campaigns progress across all markets
- Ensuring knowledge sharing among the team
- Drive process improvements and value creation
- Acting as Marketing Campaigns Coordinator & coordinate the digital project implementation
- Lead daily communication with Client Online Marketing Managers and technical team
- Coordinating work of various counterparties and oversee entire campaigns life cycle (including: Identifying risks, tracking and resolving issues, requirements gathering & status reporting)
- Managing the requests fulfillment, including sharing processes improvement ideas
- Managing client’s relationship and sharing best practice regarding the service
- Fluent English (German or French/Spanish will be advantage)
- University degree, preferably in Management domain
- Readiness for frequent travelling
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferable in Marketing (especially in e-marketing domain)
- Approx. 3 years of proven experience in managing Client & third party resources effectively over multiple projects
- Approx. 2 years of professional experience in managing teams
- Ability to lead a team, set objectives, provide regular feedback
- Ability to work independently and determine appropriate priority
- Proven skills to develop detailed project plan & coordinate issues across projects, delegate & distribute tasks across the project team
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with high number of individuals across all levels in a multicultural environment
- Understanding of various processes at a time and ability to present them in a clear manner to various stakeholder
- Openness for gaining new technical knowledge in domain of digital marketing & ability to transfer knowledge effectively
- Strong personality with focus on a customer and goals achievements, analytical and focus on details
- Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
