Requirements:
- Academic graduate (preferably Business Administration, Economics or similar studies)
- At least 3 years experience in project portfolio management in multi-functional organizations or strong background in operational finance and controlling
- Very good command of English and German
- Planning and organizational talent
- Analytical skills and accuracy
- Problem solving competence and capability to define complex situations
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
Responsibilities:
Project Portfolio Controller supports the Project Portfolio Manager regarding the project portfolio of all company's projects. He/she is responsible of checking the correctness of the planning, forecasting, and monitoring of the overall project budget. He/she coordinates all relevant parties and stakeholders inside and outside the organization in regards of project setup, -quality, -budgeting, -reporting, and project closing.
- Controlling of project portfolio in accordance with compliance and governance requirements
- Creation of a project portfolio overview with project key facts and relevant financial data
- Present project portfolio and portfolio KPIs on a regular basis
- Ensure regular reporting of project status and report consolidated project status
- Continuous monitoring of planned, running, and completed projects
- Continuous monitoring of project budget, savings, and revenues
- Supporting and challenging of project leads
- Administering and updating all relevant data on a regular basis
