As part of the group Business Transformation Team (BTSE) and as support to the CEO of Krakow Branch, you will be responsible to:

Lead/contribute to local initiatives and projects.

Ensure right service is provided to internal customers and that their needs are being captured.

Manage a team of BTSE specialists and other support functions.
In addition, you will be required to:

Take the lead on a series of local projects.
-
Actively support Krakow CEO in management of various local initiatives & complex issues.
-
Participate in the day-to-day local management.
-
Ensure motivation, proper delegation and empowerment of your team through effective people management.
-
Coach and develop the skills of the team members.
-
Foster collaboration with local teams and the Functional Managers located in Belgium.

Contribute to the success of Transition to Poland.
You have:

Strong communication skills:

Excellent presentation and influencing skills – ability to present matters in a structured, logical way and always bearing in mind the audience.

Fluency in English, knowledge of another language is a plus.

Problem solving mind-set:

Proven project management experience.

Knowledge of Lean, Six-sigma will be an asset.

A strong commitment to continuously improve processes.

Proven people management track, preferably of support functions.

Relationship management skills.

Previous experience in an international environment.

Understanding of Euroclear’s business or being familiar with the securities industry is a plus.
