Job description
- Manage Project on the global and country levels ensuring proper delivery of the whole project,
- Strive for high quality in delivering projects on time, within the agreed scope and budget, ensuring transparency and efficiency of the projects,
- Monitor the project plan and provide proper reporting on project progress, issues and risks,
- Ensure that whole project is administered according to the best practices and standard approaches including planning, governance and project management,
- Manage changes to the plan,
- Develop and update the Project Management framework (documentation, tools),
- Promote PM best practices across the project and provide required trainings,
- Delivery of project responsibilities to time, cost and quality,
- Team leader for in-scope resources,
- Contribute to proposal development (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery),
- Ownership of all project financials (relating to project activity under your management) and support month end processes and planning / forecasting activity,
- Build and maintain a strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Adherence to mandated processes and procedures,
- Prepare project plans for the projects and contribute to the overall plan, highlighting dependencies to other projects,
- Manage single or multiple teams, shared or direct.
Candidate’s profile
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology and proven experience in Project Management,
- Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Project,
- Prince2, PMI or EM Level 2 certification would be an advantage,
- At least 3 years of experience,
- Deep understanding of SD processes,
- Good analytical abilities, with an enquiring mind and a thorough, persevering nature,
- Good technical and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation,
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral),
- Strong Leadership skills,
- Able to manage conflicting time demands and multiple projects simultaneously,
- Tenacious and assertive, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude,
- Produce high quality work to tight deadlines and able to work under time and stress pressure,
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and planning skills, including good time management,
- Must be able to demonstrate a level maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community,
- Fluent English,
- Able to travel.
