If you have an experience in international IT project management, excellent English skills and you are looking for new and interesting challenges – join the international Project Manager's team. Global projects related to creation and development of information systems are waiting for you.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that projects are planned and executed by Project Managers according to methods, standards and good practice
- Perform reviews and readiness of projects to pass milestones defined by control model
- Ensure that needed support is provided for project manager and project organization (team and steering committee)
- Share and reuse experience and knowledge, ensure continuous improvements for project deliveries
- Capture competence development needs from Projects and lessons learnt for organization
- Follow-up findings from Project reviews through clear action plans
Required Competencies:
- Broad Process and IT knowledge
- Good knowledge of the customer business and needs
- Quality Assurance skills and experience
- Structured and organized for efficient follow-up
- Good knowledge about development and maintenance business
- Mentorship skills and mind-set
- Motivated by developing networks and proactively managing challenges
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of successful experience in project managing
- Strong business mindset and holistic approach
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent usage of MS Office (Power point, Excel, SharePoint)
