Project Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Transition management.
- Leading a team of junior project managers across multiple locations.
- Face to face meetings with senior client management.
- Extensive travel, 50%-75%.
- Project co-ordination & progress reporting.
- Can do approach and ability to deep dive on work streams such as Finance, IT, HR, Infrastructure, Training.
- Create transition solutions and present/sell to clients.
- Designs transition project plan, schedule & proposal text during engagement proposal phase.
- Assists in staffing the Transition project team.
- Develops and manages project plans and schedules for transition in coordination with the Delivery centres, and across all Transition workstreams (People transfer, IT, Service/process transition.
- Workplace & infrastructure services, Account management setup).
- Coordinates cross-tower activities (BCS, SO).
- Collects and documents observations and lessons learned from completed transitions.
- Helps improve and implement transition methodology through development and re-use of IC.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Master's Degree.
- Strong Project / Program Management background - at least two years experience of running F&A outsourcing transitions.
- Strong commercial capability.
- Fluent English - 2nd European Languages desirable but not essential.
- Finance and Accounting process knowledge - 4-10 years experience working in this area.
- IT applications implementation experience - highly valued in every candidate.
- Willingness to travel to our clients throughout Europe and to our global delivery centres on a regular basis.
- Strong mature character able to work with senior client and company management to resolve difficult project issues.
- People management experience - at least 4 years managing teams of other project managers.
- Preferred PMI certification.
