For our Client - internationally recognized financial institution we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Project Manager.
As Successful Candidate you will be responsible for plan, mobilize and direct projects of medium to high complexity and scale from inception to closure, end to end delivery of a single projector workstream of a larger project or programme, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme. You will also be responsible for deploy Our Client Project Management framework and other Global Change Delivery frameworks within the project. What is more you will also closely work with Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers and Global Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors.
As ideal Candidate should have project management skills and experience proven by PRINCE2 or PMP certification, proven experience in managing remote projects / Global Mindset, in multi-stream project/programme management, excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools, fluency English plus very good German or French or Turkish, Banking industry knowledge (Private Banking/Wealth Management or Commercial Banking), self-driven personality and pro-activeness with strong organizational skills, eexcellent decision making and problem solving ability, achieving excellence under time and stress pressure. Decision making, Lead Self and Others, Business Case and Benefits Realization, Change and Implementation Management, Financial and Budget Management, tracking, Reporting and Governance, stakeholder, Resource and Team Management (in a matrix driven environment), collaboration with Senior Management will be considered as asset.
