Your role
Do you want to become the next Project Management Officer for our leading global change portfolio? Are you truly collaborative and motivated to join a strong team of change professionals?
In this exciting role you will be instrumental to support the delivery of complex and large scale strategic and regulatory platform programs. You will manage and develop efficient and effective PMO capabilities using proven PMO standards, processes and tools.
We're looking for someone to:
- provide the support for structure and processes to manage, steer and control the implementation program and to facilitate the successful achievement of milestones and operational go lives
- support the consolidated program information preparation and distribution, enabling senior manager decision makers to steer, monitor and control the program
- support program status reporting and progress tracking incl. information detailing program costs, effort, time, quality, benefits, issues, risks, dependencies
- support preparation and facilitation of senior management governance bodies (such as steering committees)
- quality assurance and communication to facilitate the change portfolio
Your team
The Project Management team for Group Sourcing is part of the GS organization and will serve UBS internal clients across the bank, supporting business divisions/ functions/ regions with project management capabilities and enhanced staff leverage to deliver on change/project work.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- min. 2 years relevant work experience in project/ program/ portfolio (must have) in the financial services industry
- proven experience in reporting / PMO areas
- strong people management and team building skills
- excellent skills at MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- self-motivated, ambitious and effective at working both independently and as part of a team
You are:
- eager and able to solve complex problems in a multidisciplinary context and focused on results
- able to make timely decisions, seeking appropriate involvement of others and identifying any possible risks
- excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
- able to build relationships across a global organization, work independently, build trust and work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
