Your role
Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment? Do you want to strive for impact in the area of UBS Wealth Management? In your role as Project Management Officer you will be mainly engaged in supporting projects front to back regarding Information & Cyber Security.
We look for someone to:
- Be responsible for meeting services, e.g. organize (steering committee) meetings, prepare documentation and handouts in advance of a meeting, and produce and distribute the meeting minutes and meeting action logs.
- Produce and maintain project reporting and documentation.
- Oversee program deliverables management in line with business requirements, ensuring traceability across the program lifecycle (requirements / scope management, change management, requirements sign-off, delivery / introduction, and problem management).
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, action logs, and co-ordinate across organizational units and locations.
- Maintain the Information & Cyber Security operating model (including the definition and update of process and role descriptions), guidelines, policies, and intranet homepage.
- Analyze data and create reports and presentations.
Your team
You will be working in the multi-functional team for the Wealth Management Business Risk function (WM BR) in Kraków. WM BR provides best in class, effective, and efficient risk management support, regulatory implementation, and defined front office mandates which enable business division Wealth Management to deliver on its client promise/value proposition.

Your experience and skills
You have:
- Project & Process management experience
- Specific experience in Information & Cyber Security would be of value
- 3-5 years' experience within the large organization, ideally in financial sector
- Very good analytical & conceptual skills
You are:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive team player who takes ownership in dedicated content and goes for challenges
- Striving for excellence in everything you do
- An excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (oral//written); German will be an asset
